Linda J. Stein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers the best of traditional psychotherapy methods blended with an eclectic approach to holistic practices maintaining a private practice in Cazenovia, New York.

With over 27 years experience and a graduate of Hunter College School of Social Work specializing in clinical work, she is currently a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, family problems, career concerns, loss and grief, life coaching, LGBTQ, sexuality, guided imagery, complementary holistic approaches, and more.

In addition, Linda J. Stein has presented at professional conferences and to general audiences on topics ranging from Stress Reduction, Guided Imagery, and LifeCoaching, to LGBTQ therapy best practice trainings.

Linda J. Stein is a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her treatment approach is to provide support and feedback to help clients resolve current problems or long-standing patterns. She incorporates a blend of conventional and alternative approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, she works with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
