3. Counseling and Psychotherapy
Consult with switchboards, look in GLB community centers, scan community newsletters, periodicals, or guides, and of course, search on the Internet for referrals to professional therapists who have knowledge and experience working with gay, lesbian, bisexual, or questioning clients.

5. Parents and Families
PFLAG groups now meet in most metropolitan areas across the U.S., providing support, education, and advocacy. Publishes excellent booklets and videos on issues of parents of gays, coming out, and youth issues.

6. Religious Groups and Concerns
Call switchboards or community centers for referrals to gay-affirming, inclusive groups of various religious and spiritual backgrounds. There are too many groups to list here!
